Toyoko Inn Sendai Nishi-guchi Hirose-dori

It is near Sendai JR station (700m.) and near shopping areas, near many restaurants.Room ,Bed, bathroom is clean and large then another. Breakfast have many items and you can take out ,if you haven't time to eat there. Staffs are kindly.

I sent my suite case from other city to this hotel, so I asked one receptionist at the front desk. She said she received the suite case but that was not the guest's name, so she asked the delivery to bring it back. I was so shocked, it was a different name since I sent it using by my friend's account of the carrier and almost desperate However another lady at the front desk immediately came to me, and she called to the carrier right away, found out my suite case, and it was delivered 1 hours later. I believe this lady is more experience than other girl, but it is a great professional attitude. Actually it was my second time here in the same hotel, well experienced employees are very helpful for all. Also I like the breakfast, very family like atmosphere.
